Parchment? Whats it for? - Guild Wars Forums

I have seen parchment on many of the artisans, but I have yet to figure out what its for.. Someone told me crafting, but what on Tyria would you craft with parchment?

So only monks can get tattoos?

I think it's also used to craft Necro scar patterns.

It's also a quest item for the quest unlocked by completing Cities of Ascalon.
